BindiMaps is proud to provide hyper accurate and accessible navigation to events such as the Australian Open, Formula 1 Grand Prix, Moto GP and Ability Fest, as well as being the official navigation app for the national Disability Expo.
Australian Open
We worked with the Australian Open to map over 1.6 million square metres of Melbourne Park for AO 2022. We combined both on-the-ground beacons and GPS to give users accurate and seamless directions throughout the Australian Open precinct, improving the accessibility of one of the biggest sporting events in the world.
Australian Grand Prix
Australian Grand Prix 2022 engaged BindiMaps to provide tens of thousands of visitors with easy and accessible wayfinding around the biggest race in the world, covering over 4.1 million square metres. Attendees used BindiMaps to locate the grandstands, food and drinks, hospitality suites, and entrance gates across the sprawling circuit grounds.
Disability Expo
The official navigation partner of the Impact Institutes national Disability Expo. BindiMaps travels throughout the country to showcase the app to users with a disability, improving the app through feedback, promoting BindiMapped locations to local users, and making the Disability Expo accessible to all.
