Overview

BindiMaps is offering a prize, for eligible respondents of the “Navigation and Technology” survey. 

Eligible Entrants

To be eligible for the prize, entrants must:

1. Complete all questions of the Navigation and Technology survey, 
2. Submit the completed survey before the deadline (August 31, 2023)
3. Opt in to receive further communications from BindiMaps;  and 
4. Provide their name and either email address or phone number in the form provided

Each person is eligible to enter the competition only once.

Employees of BindiMaps and their families are not eligible to win the prize. 

Prize Draw

One prize draw will be conducted on September 7, 2023, and the winner will be notified via the contact details they provided in their entry, either their phone number or email address. 

If the winner is unable to be contacted or doesn’t respond within 30 days of the notification being sent, BindiMaps will draw a new prize winner. 

The Prize

The prize will be one online Visa gift card to the value of $100. 

Disclaimers

• The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the prize  is unavailable, for whatever reason, BindiMaps reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.
• BindiMaps reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner or qualifier, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms.
• BindiMaps has no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries.
• Prize-winners acknowledge that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.
• Nothing in the terms limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
