COO Mladen Jovanovic was selected to present at the Melbourne Entrepreneurship Gala event earlier this month. The Gala is hosted by the Melbourne Entrepreneurship Centre on behalf of the University of Melbourne, and is sponsored by LaunchVic.

Around 750 investors, entrepreneurs, corporate representatives and LaunchVic and other supporters of startups and entrepreneurship heard Mladen and five other founders tell their stories to the room.

Mladen, who is BindiMaps’ representative in the University of Melbourne’s Melbourne Accelerator Program for scale startups, said the event was hugely valuable for the collaboration and networking opportunities it presented.

“It’s not often you get the opportunity to tell your story to such a distinguished group of people in an atmosphere of ‘pay it forward’, where everyone is encouraged to assist others if they can.”
