Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Mid-level Designer to join the BindiMaps team. BindiMaps is an innovative startup that is Australia’s largest provider of accessible wayfinding.

We’re flexible about how you manage your time, and (as long as it’s in Australia) where you work, whether that’s remotely or in our offices in Sydney and Melbourne.

You will work as part of the broader team to develop a range of creative solutions and deliverables to help the Marketing team deliver on their brand and business strategy to make every space 100% accessible for everyone.

The role is permanent part-time (3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design print, digital, and video assets and visual content for social media, printed collateral such as flyers, posters, banners, flyers and other marketing collateral.
  
• Develop and edit presentation decks for the Marketing and Sales teams, including case studies, product images, and general uplift of presentation design.
  
• Play an important role in developing brand and creative assets to grow the BindiMaps brand, and be a brand guardian.
  
• Understand the order of design priorities, allocate design process & time management accordingly.
  

About you

• You have a tertiary qualification or industry experience in Graphic Design or Visual Communication Design.
  
• 2+ years of creative experience 
• You have a portfolio demonstrating your skills
• High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Some video editing experience.
• Experience creating engaging digital marketing assets.
• Ability to work independently, and be confident prioritising projects and tasks.
